These terms apply to your use of reiiel.com, operated by Reiiel Venture Insight Consultant Pvt Ltd ("Reiiel", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The site is information, not an engagement

Content on this site, including articles, frameworks, examples and Smart Diagnostic results, is general information. Using it doesn't create a client, consulting or advisory relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.

2. Engagements and fees

The scope and fees of any engagement are confirmed in writing before work starts. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or submit false or harmful information through its forms.

4. Intellectual property

We own the site's content, including text, graphics, the SITARAM framework, software and branding, unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links to and quote it with attribution. You may not copy, republish or sell it without written permission. App names and icons shown in our case studies belong to Reiiel's founder; third-party names in our tool list belong to their owners and don't imply endorsement.

5. Third-party links

We link to other sites, such as the App Store and Calendly, for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Results described in case studies depend on circumstances and are not a promise of results for you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Reiiel isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update the site and these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
