Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you give us and basic site usage. In the UK, EU and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them. Elsewhere, traffic and ad measurement run by default and you can switch them off with Decline; ad personalisation stays off everywhere unless you accept. We never sell your data. 1. Who we are
This policy explains how Reiiel Venture Insight Consultant Pvt Ltd ("Reiiel", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit reiiel.com, use the Smart Diagnostic, book a call or contact us. Reiiel is the data controller for this processing.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, work email, company, country and, if you choose, phone or WhatsApp number.
- Diagnostic answers: your answers to the Smart Diagnostic, such as business stage, industry, revenue band, team size, tools and bottlenecks, plus the score it calculates.
- Communications: emails, messages and meeting bookings you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and operating system, recorded by our hosting provider in server logs for security.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring site and interactions, collected by Google Analytics. In the UK, EU and Switzerland this happens only if you accept cookies; elsewhere it runs unless you decline.
Please don't submit sensitive personal data (such as health or financial account details) through our forms.
3. How we use it, and our legal basis

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we don't use it for automated decisions with legal effects. The diagnostic score is an automated first read to help you, not a decision about you.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data for us under contract:
- Google: Google Sheets and Apps Script store diagnostic submissions; Google Analytics and Google Ads measure traffic and ad results as described in our cookie policy; Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces.
- Calendly: meeting bookings.
- Netlify: website hosting and security logs.
- Hostinger: email for the reiiel.com domain.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) and Apple: deliver a code library and App Store images shown on the site.
We may also share data with professional advisers under confidentiality, or with authorities when the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in India and our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country, including in India and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Ask us for details.
6. How long we keep it
- Diagnostic submissions and enquiry records: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement plus the period tax and accounting law requires.
- Analytics data: 14 months, the shortest standard retention in Google Analytics.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- EU and UK: rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
- California: rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising without consent.
- India: rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- UAE: rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), least-privilege access to client systems, and deleting client credentials at the end of an engagement. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect a problem.
10. Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the homepage.
