Your business is leaking timemoneycustomersmargin

I find where, and build the system that stops it. Reiiel is one operator with an AI build stack: strategy-firm diagnosis, shipped as working software, for companies with 20 to 500 people.

Diagnose

Day 1 · Find the leak and price it

I map how one workflow really runs: where data gets retyped, where requests wait, where reports take days. Every leak gets a number in hours and dollars.

You get: a leak list, ranked by what each one costs you.

Build

Days 2–4 · Fix it on the tools you already use

I build the automation, integration or internal tool inside your own accounts, with a person approving anything that touches money or customers.

You get: working software on your real data. You own the code.

Prove

Day 5 · Measure it against the baseline

I measure the workflow again once it runs. If it isn't working by day 5, I keep going at no extra cost.

You get: a before-and-after number, a handover document, and the next leak worth fixing.

Diagnosis and delivery from one person

Large firms either advise or build, and both are priced for enterprises. Reiiel is one operator with an AI build stack doing the work of a small team, so the person who diagnoses is the person who ships.

Typical consultancy or agency

  • ✕Advice first, a separate vendor builds it
  • ✕Months before anything works
  • ✕Open-ended scope and retainers
  • ✕Senior people sell, junior people deliver
  • ✕Locked into their platform or tools

Reiiel

  • ✓The same person diagnoses and builds
  • ✓A working system in 5 days
  • ✓Scope agreed before I start
  • ✓No hand-off: I do the work myself
  • ✓Built on your stack, you own it
No rip and replace

I connect the tools you already run on

Clarity beats theatrics. Systems beat heroics.

I've worked on every side of a business: customer support, escalations, business development, strategy and delivery, across fintech, healthcare data, international outsourcing, and a company I founded and ran myself.

One lesson kept repeating. Companies rarely break because their people are bad. They break because their systems are. Good people end up copying data, chasing updates and rebuilding the same report every week.

Reiiel exists to fix that. The inspiration is the rigour of the big strategy firms and the operating model of Palantir: diagnose like a consultant on day one, ship like an engineer from day two, and leave running software behind, not a deck. Reiiel is just me, backed by an AI build stack, and I say that loudly: you deal with the person doing the work. I tell you plainly what's worth doing and what isn't. That's what "Keep It Real" means here.

Frequently asked questions

What is Reiiel and what do you do?

Reiiel is a one-person operations firm: me, Rishabh Agravat, backed by an AI build stack. I find where your operations leak time and money, then build the automation, internal tools and integrations that fix it, so the business runs on systems instead of people remembering things.

Is it really just one person?

Yes, and that's the point. The person who diagnoses your business is the person who builds the fix, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off. AI agents do the repetitive build work under my review; I own the diagnosis, the decisions and the quality.

How does your process work?

Every engagement runs in three phases. Diagnose: baseline your workflows and price every leak. Build: align on what to fix first, fix the process, then automate it on your stack. Prove: measure the result against the baseline and pick the next leak.

How do I start?

Take the free 3-minute Smart Diagnostic on this page. I read every submission myself and reply within one business day with the biggest leak I see. The booking calendar opens as soon as you finish, so you can pick a time for a call on Zoom or Google Meet.

How quickly will I see results?

A 5-day sprint puts one working automation on your real data by day 5. Larger programmes are planned with measurable targets inside the first 90 days.

What happens in a 5-day sprint?

We pick one workflow together on a 30-minute call. On day 1 I map how it really runs and record a baseline. On days 2 to 4 I build the automation on the tools you already use, with a person approving anything that touches money or customers. On day 5 it runs on your real data, and you get a handover document and a short note on what it's worth against the day 1 baseline.

What if the automation isn't working by day 5?

I keep going at no extra cost until it is. The scope and cost are agreed before I start, and the sprint is credited in full to whatever you decide to do next.

What is the Leak Diagnostic?

A two-week diagnostic that maps every tool, handover and report in the business, prices each leak in hours and dollars, and plans the order to fix them before you commit to a build. If you want a quick read first, the free Smart Diagnostic on this page takes three minutes.

What size of company do you work with?

Companies with 20 to 500 people, where work still runs on spreadsheets, inboxes and WhatsApp. I work remotely with teams in the US, UK, UAE and Australia.

Who owns what you build?

You do. I build on the stack you already use, inside your own accounts, and you own the code and the accounts. There's no lock-in to my tools.

What have you actually shipped?

I run the same method on myself first. My App Factory put 7 apps live on the App Store in 58 days with one operator. My Operating Picture engine runs two different businesses with zero code changes. The case studies are on this site for you to check.

How is an engagement priced?

The Smart Diagnostic is free. The Leak Diagnostic is $1,200. A 5-Day Sprint is a fixed price, scoped to one workflow and agreed in writing before I start, so there are no surprises. Take the diagnosis, then book a call, and I'll tell you what a first sprint would involve for your business.

You're based in India. How does working together actually happen?

Remotely. I schedule calls in your business hours, work inside your own tools and accounts, and keep you updated in writing as the work moves. Contracts and invoices are in USD.

Do you build websites, apps or run marketing?

I build web and mobile apps, internal tools, integrations, AI agents and dashboards, always tied to a measurable business outcome. I don't sell marketing retainers.

Will you sign an NDA and protect our data?

Yes. I sign an NDA by default, work with least-privilege access inside your own accounts, and hand back or delete all credentials and data at the end of the engagement.

How can I contact you?

Start with the free diagnosis on this page, then book a call. You can also email contact@reiiel.com or message me on WhatsApp at +91 77430 19158.

Tell me where it hurts.

Start with the 3-minute diagnosis. Then, in a 30-minute call, we find one workflow worth fixing and I tell you honestly whether a sprint makes sense. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
